What are the hours?
Monday to Friday 5-9  and Saturday 9-3. 
All visits require an appointment booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Do I need an appointment to try on dresses? 
Yes and you can book your appointment using this link or by email or phone.
Appointments allow us to prepare for a wedding party and better service our clients.

How long does it take to get bridesmaids dresses in?
3 to 4 months depending on designer. We do have some options for 3 week delivery.

How long does it take to get Mother of the bride/groom dresses in?
3 months depending on the designer. We do have some options for a 2 to 3 week delivery.

Do you do alterations?
No, but we have seamstresses we can recommend.

What types of dresses do you carry?
Our inventory includes new wedding gowns, flower girl dresses, bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride and mother-of-the-groom dresses, prom dresses, and party dresses.

How long does it take to get Tuxedos in?
All tuxedo measurements need to be in at least a month before the wedding/event. The rental will arrive a week to week and half before the event.

When does the Tuxedo rental need to be returned?
Rentals have to be returned to our store the Monday AFTER the event to avoid a $25 a day late fee. Drop off times will be coordinated with the bride and groom.

I want to find accessories for a wedding dress I already have. Am I allowed to bring it into the stop?
Yes.

I am on a tight budget. Does your shop offer layaway?
We offer layaway with a deposit (contact store for full details.) 

What is your return policy?
All sales are final.

How far in advance of my wedding should I shop for my wedding gown?
Most wedding gowns take 5 to 6 months to get. We do carry wedding gowns that can be purchased off the rack and have a designer that we can get in 2 weeks new (sizes 2-18.)  Plan a month for alterations.
 
Do you have options in my budget?
We have one of a kind gowns ranging from $200 and up.  All new gowns for reorder are under $2000 and below.

Who should I bring with me to my appointment?
You can bring whoever you like and up to 3 other people for a total of 4. 

What should I bring with me to my appointment?
Bring an open mind to try on anything thing and everything....dress up is free and FUN!!
Feel free to bring pictures of gowns that inspire you.  We'll help you figure out what you love!  Please eat before or after your visit with us as we do not allow food and beverages in the shop with the exception of water, white wine. We also DO NOT allow shoes to be worn in our shop.  If you would like to bring a pair of slippers with that would be fine.

Do you allow children in the store?
We do not allow children in the store currently unless they are in need of a gown or suit for an up coming event

How long is my appointment?
Appointments are scheduled for 2 hours for bridal gowns.  That allows you to choose your wedding dress without feeling rushed. Of course, if you feel you need more time, we're always happy to schedule a return visit!

What size are your gowns?
We offer a wide variety of sizes, from bridal sizes 2 to 34.  Sample gowns (i.e. what you try on in-store) will rarely be a perfect fit, but we can normally order it in your size.  We also carry plus size gowns.
